Airock

A combination of natural elements.

A stone effect porcelain based on the concept of combining the principal elements that characterise a habitat while at the same time generating the morphology of the stone high up in the mountains: snow, air, earth, and rock. Elements determining the design of this stone, with its light but distinctive relief: the air that models its surface with soft, circular graphic motions, the snow that draws thin tongues of white over it, and the earth that settles, with grains of various sizes, against its background.
This porcelain stone was also created to combine four different stones in one, creating Airock: a quartzite, representing snow; a slate, air; a limestone, earth; and, lastly, a granite, rock.
This “genetic complexity” produces great expressiveness, giving the material a highly varied outer appearance and a pleasing original look.
